Ingredients:

Special sushi rice:
– 200 g Japanese round rice
– 50 cl water
– 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
– 2 teaspoons sugar
– 1 teaspoon salt

– Sesame seeds
– Soy sauce

Preparation:
